Gratitude’s Command
(Luke 17:17-18)

  • The Responsibility – God commands us to be people of gratitude (Eph. 5:4; Col. 3:16; 1 Tim. 2:1-2).
  • The Realm – Gratitude is to extend into every area of our lives (1 Thess. 5:18; Phil. 4:6; James 4:3; Eph. 5:20; Heb. 13:15).
  • The Reasons – We are to be grateful because of the source (James 1:17) and the salvation (Col. 1:12).
